BIOGRAPHY:
Eric Frasier, and his twin Brother Dave, grew up in Los Angeles California, hearing stories of how California was shaped before the 3rd World War. He enjoyed life in southern California and he and his Brother had a lot of fun in what is now known as old L.A.
When he and his brother joined Starfleet Academy they both entered the same career track - Helm/Command. Their grades were often identical, which led some Academy lecturers to believe they were copying each others work. As a test they devised a plan to test them both on the same things at the same time in completely different sides of the Academy Complex. Again both sets of Answers were identical. It is unknown how both Frasier's managed to achieve this but they did. This ended speculation.
When they both Graduated from the Academy they went there separate ways. Dave's Career led him to one side of the Quadrant, whilst Eric's led him to the other. His first assignment was to the USS Agincourt. He was there for three years, during which time he met and became friends with Deianira and Carter Grayson. He was also friends with their young daughter LeAura, who used to call him Uncle Eric. The assignment to the Agincourt as one of it's helmsmen came to an end in 2368 when he had had enough of being in Flight Control. He transferred to the Starfleet Intelligence Training school, and in 2369 he left with qualifications in Intelligence.
He was assigned back to the Agincourt in 2369, but instead of being a Helm Officer, he was Promoted to Lt.(jg) and assigned as the Intelligence Liaison Officer, a job which he thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately, the Grayson's had left the ship, and he wasn't entirely sure that he would ever see them again. By 2372, the Agincourt had become a home to him, having served there for 6 out of the previous 7 years. Sadly the aging vessel was decommissioned and all personnel were reassigned. For Frasier, it meant a transfer back into Flight Control aboard the USS Jameson. The Jameson already had an Intel Liaison. The Jameson saw a lot of action during the Dominion War.
In 2374 the Jameson's Intel Liaison was killed-in-action during combat with a Galor Class Warship. As a result Starfleet Intelligence promoted him to full Lieutenant, and he became the replacement Intel Liaison Officer. 2376 came around and the many of the Jameson’s crew were reassigned in the crew rotation, including Eric. He was assigned to the Divergence as the Intelligence Liaison Officer.
In 2377 he was promoted to Lt. Cmdr. and promoted to Second Officer of the Divergence. In late 2377, the Divergence was attacked by a Romulan Cruiser, and a large amount of the ships crew were killed, including the Captain. When the XO assumed Command, Frasier was made the Acting XO.
When the ship returned to a Starbase, the former XO was promoted to Captain and given Command. Frasier became the Executive Officer. However his time as XO aboard the Divergence was short lived, as he didn't get on well with his CO. In 2378 he transferred to the Freedom as XO and served there for two years.
In 2380, Starfleet Intelligence required him for a Classified mission to Romulus, however by April 2380, Starfleet lost contact with him. He was declared missing-in-action.
He was located in 2381, it turned out that the transport ship that he had used to gain passage to Romulus knew who he was and had used him to get information. They had kept control of him by saying that they would hand him over to the Tal'Shiar. When he escaped from his captors he managed to steal a Romulan Shuttlecraft to return to Federation Space. His Shuttle was nearly shot down by a Federation border patrol, until he began sending a Starfleet Intelligence Coded message, which that ships Intel Liaison Officer understood.
After being taken back to Earth, he spent 4 months at Starfleet Medical, spending two weeks in regenerative surgery on his upper body and undergoing intensive Counselling sessions. Torture was evident and it is still unknown as to whether he was indeed turned over to the Romulans. Starfleet Intelligence contacted him and told him that he was no longer part of the Intelligence unit, and they would arrange a new assignment for him.
So in 2382, he was assigned to the Starship Excaliber-A, as the Chief Flight Control Officer. He looked forward to a long career aboard the Excaliber. However that was not what he got. During the Excaliber’s first mission, and ultimately, his first mission since late 2380, the Excaliber was boarded by Orion Pirates, and he engaged in hand to hand combat with some of them, and unfortunately for one of them, Baseball bat to face Combat. After the ship was boarded he met the new Tactical Officer, who happened to be the daughter of his old Friends, The Grayson's. Although he didn't know that at the time.
When they began working closely on a Tactical and Helm idea they were developing, old feelings and old memories resurfaced for Frasier, and the two became romantically involved, before Frasier asked her to marry him.
The Excaliber-A didn't get to serve as a home for Frasier for very long, and during a Borg attack, the Excaliber was destroyed. The crew were given a new ship, the new Hecate class, Excaliber-B. Before long however, there became some difficulties in Eric continuing his service as the Excaliber’s Chief Flight Control Officer, so he transferred to the Montana, an Experimental Prototype. He was placed under the Command of his former boss in Starfleet Intelligence, Fleet Admiral Paul Simmons in the Capacity of Intelligence Analyst. When Simmons stepped down as CO, the old Montana was scrapped, and a newer, bigger Jupiter Class vessel filled its place. His job title changed when the Montana received an Intelligence Department. He became the Chief Intelligence Officer / Naval Intelligence Liaison. He was married to LeAura Grayson in August 2382.
In 2383, Eric was transferred to the USS Resolution, to join Admiral Carey's Flag Staff as Chief Intelligence Officer for the Second Fleet. This was done around about the same time as the Starfleet Intelligence became a fully fledged Branch of Starfleet. Shortly after, Eric was promoted to Full Colonel, to match his status as a member of the Second Fleet Command Staff.
The Colonel was soon transferred again, dispatched to Andor, using the planet as a Command post to serve as his base of Operations as Intelligence Chief for the Surrounding Sector. This assignment seemed a relatively easy one. His highest priority assignment was tracing, and eliminating, smuggling activities in the Sector. Eric grew bored of this easily, as anyone would. He longed to be doing something important, something worthwhile. He began putting in transfer requests. He even requested to go back into the field, as an active Operative.
After 9 Months of continued requests, he was finally given what he asked for; a Transfer to a post that would give him a major responsibility in the tracking of the Tallix Sect. A post that returned him to a previous assignment; The USS Resolution-A.
PERSONALITY PROFILE:
Frasier is an intelligent officer, who is fully capable of doing his duty. He is easy to get along with and enjoys his work. He likes to get drunk, which on occasion has been a failing.
SPECIAL NOTES:
Still unwilling to talk about his time in Romulan Space. He still wants to work for Starfleet Intelligence. After Four months of intensive Counselling, he refuses to see a Counsellor. Frasier's Memories are limited, and his early career is mostly a blank in his mind, possibly the result of Tal'Shiar Mental Manipulation. He is married to Lt. Commander LeAura Grayson, Chief Tactical Officer. Frasier and his twin brother Dave don't get along.
